The complicated mines separate the sericolite, common gypsum and little hard gypsum with hand.

Gypsum production technological process is: ore storing→crushing→homogenizing→calcining and dewatering→aging→grinding and mixture→package.

Gypsum dry calcining technology is: the gypsum is selected and stored from quarry site to ensure the high quality feeding material. Jaw crusher crushes the feeding materials to less than 8cm, with hammer crusher to have secondary crushing to crush materials to less than 2cm. Through the bucket elevator, gypsum enters into the calcining kiln.

Wet calcining technological process generally includes: gypsum raw material bin→bolting mill→autoclave→crushing and grinding→homogenizing and storing→package

Common technological equipment: The most widely used crushing equipment includes: jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher, roll crusher, hammer crusher etc.

Dry calcining has two kinds of equipment: direct calcining and indirect calcining. The direct calcining equipment: rotary kiln, crushing, grinding and calcining integration equipment.
